Brown Pelican on a piling... Life-Size Pelican Sculpture :36 inches on piling .  I created the original wood carving of this pelican after a fishing trip to Fort Myers Florida on the getaway marinas day trip . On our way back in as we passed Sanibel Island I saw a small uninhabited island that was full of birds and a few flew in behind us and met us at the dock much as the captain. predicted. One of the birds was a pelican that the Captain named Georgie Porgy. Georgie was so tame that I could pet him and he would just lean into a good neck scratch. I proceded to snap about 20 good shots to use as my refference material for this piece . I also paint him up as a white pelican like the ones that can be seen In Placida Florida at the fisheries . I offer either white or brown pelican at $400.00

 # 4 . WHITE IBIS 27 INCHES TALL ON CEDAR DRIFTWOOD  $350.00  (LTD.EDT.500) ,THE IBIS IS ONE OF FLORIDA'S MOST ABUNDANT AND BEAUTIFULWADING BIRDS. THE IBIS IS OFTEN SEEN FEEDING IN SHALLOW WATERS IN THE GULF OF MEXICO , I OFTEN SEE THEM IN FLOCKS AS LARGE AS 20 TO 30 BIRDS IN MY YARD PICKING AT INSECTS.

 Scarlet Ibis (Eudocimus ruber) : The Scarlet Ibis is a natural vagrant to Florida since the 1800s and was reintroduced into white ibis nests in the 1960s  the hybridised Pink Ibis can occaisionaly still be seen. Yes they are really that bright in nature . This piece is limited to only 500 Pieces  . The price is $350.00

 Belted Kingfisher Limited Edition (500)composite sculpture  . I created this piece after a fishing trip in Charlotte Harbor Florida I saw a pair of Belted Kingfishers zig zaging from bank to bank staying just out of  my way by 100 feet or so I followed them for about a half mile towards Turle Bay then they were gone but I knew what I had to do and here it is for you to enjoy.  Sandhill Crane Wall Hanger . The idea for this sculpture came as I was driving by Kingway Country Club Golf Course in Port Charlotte. I saw a pair of Sandhill cranes standing on the greens as if they were waiting on the caddy to bring their clubs. I researched sandhill cranes to find that the chinese revere them as a symbol of marital fidelity because they mate for life. Peace River wildlife has a sandhill crane that I was lucky enough to get some great close up shots of for my sculpture. This piece is 36 inches tall and the price is $275.00

 Yellow Crowned Night Heron : This sculpture was done after I saw him on a trip to Arcadia up the Peace River I was fishing and looking for driftwood . Yellow Crowned Night Herons can be seen in the shallows near shore during low tides they come out to feed. This sculpture is limited to 500  The price is $200.00
